Nice! Does bring back some good memories of our Sankranthi holidays in Kothapalle. One additional thing I remember are cow manure patties (sounds gross, I know) with a gummadu puvvu in the middle put at conspicuous places on the muggu. Banu's sisters kids are really cute and have grown so much. I think their little boy was a baby sleeping in a saree swing when I last visited!

Yup , I remember the cow manure patties too, with a flower in the middle !
